Suitable for beginners and anyone that wants to focus on nailing the technique.

Advanced. Pilates.

The Advanced Pilates. class is a full-body workout that progresses the six core elements learnt in foundational Pilates. Classes require an increased focus, stability and effort, and often with faster transitions between exercises and more progression options.

Advanced Pilates. is suitable for people that want to be challenged and have previous experience/practice in Pilates. Advanced Pilates. can still be modified for people with injuries or specific needs.

Athletica. [Springboard upgraded].

Athletica is an all over body workout focusing on endurance, strength and cardio. Often using the springboard/jumpboard and high intensity interval training to challenge you.

Not suitable for acute injuries, chronic back pain injuries, pregnancy and postpartum clients.

Great for lower body rehabilitation, joint health and increasing bone density and mobility as well as increasing cardio and strength..

Strength Pilates.

Strength Pilates. is ideal for those that want to challenge themselves using resistance and strength training, endurance and conditioning techniques. Strengthening the body from the inside out.

High intensity strength and conditioning that focuses on upper body, lower body and core

Suitable for all fitness level.

Stretch + Flow.

Stretch & Flow focuses on controlled movements and body alignment. Classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and building the mind to muscle connection.

Stretch + Flow continues the practice of the six core elements of pilates; breath, concentration, control, precision, centre and flow.

Suitable for all fitness levels, pregnancy and postpartum (with medical clearance).
